Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Coven Haven. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

Your account

Provide accurate information, protect access to your phone and connected accounts, and use only Instagram accounts you own or are authorized to control. You are responsible for activity under your session. A phone number alone does not establish Instagram ownership, and a fresh installation may require both phone and Instagram verification again.

Text message verification

When you select "Text Me a Verification Link," you request and consent to an automated one-time SMS from Coven Haven at the number you provide for account verification. Message frequency varies based on your login and resend requests. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase, and this opt-in is not used for marketing messages.

Community conduct

Do not harass, threaten, impersonate, exploit, stalk, defraud, or expose another person's private information. Do not upload illegal content, malware, or material you do not have the right to use. Do not bypass blocks, consent rules, private-media protections, contribution locks, or account-verification controls.

Your content

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Coven Haven a limited license to host, process, transform, transmit, and display it only as needed to operate and improve the features you use. You represent that you have the rights needed to submit that content. Public collaborative videos may be exported only under the feature's creator-selected rules; private videos are not intended for external export.

Coven membership

Coven membership and growth depend on the consent rules shown in the app. Invitations, votes, locks, and availability may expire or change as membership changes. Coven Haven may enforce those rules server-side and may limit activity needed to protect members or service integrity.

Safety and enforcement

We may investigate reports, preserve relevant integrity records, restrict features, remove content, suspend accounts, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to enforce these terms, protect people, comply with law, or maintain the service. Blocking and reporting tools do not replace emergency services.

Service availability

Coven Haven is currently evolving and may change, experience interruptions, or discontinue features. The service is provided on an "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. You are responsible for keeping copies of content you need outside temporary transfer features.
